We’re really sorry if you’ve not received your order. If it’s been longer than the estimated times we advise emailing us with your order number and delivery address to enquiries@ifupnorth.co.uk and we’ll be happy to help further!.

Can I have a refund?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order! Please email enquiries@ifupnorth.co.uk as we always want to hear your feedback and we’ll help how we can.
Please bear in mind that any items from our coffee bean range cannot be returned to us unless it’s been delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products.
We accept the return of our non-coffee bean products. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging and we reserve the right to withhold any refund at any time.
Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer.
